Creature is perhaps useful, perhaps ridiculous, perhaps entertaining. Creature is a simple, mobile utility. You can setup a custom menu to launch applications, open files, visit websites, play sounds or speak text.

What's New

Version 1.2.3:

AppleScript actions. Type in a script to perform more complex actions.
Skin icon preference. Keep the original Finder icon when switching skins.
Animated Robot skin. The original Creature does a few flips!
11 Other skins. Drawings contributed by Bernard Caddy, and some iPod lookalikes.

Creature is unusual - that's its charm, but, for that reason, a little less intuitive. Maybe the ReadMe should just set out the steps ... after you click the Robot Creature's torso to get the Customize pop up screen, go to the Action Menu, choose Add Item and see the list of options in the drop down menu that starts with "open application".
