MissingMpegTools is a set of tools that allow you to encode audio and VCD/SVCD compiant MPEG1 Layer 2, build pipelines for MPEG encoding with MediaPipe, Multiplex audio and video into MPEG program streams split into multi-tracks, general XML files containing instructions on how to build VideoCD, build Toast-ready disk images, and command VideoLAND for VCD/SVCD playback on Mac OS X.
What's New
Version 0.9.3 Now generates VIDEO_TS folder and builds DVD disk image.

In nine we didn't had much for VCD but now there all kinds of free apps (most of them are wrappers) that make VCD's even better than the commercial tools. Thanks a lot all.

Doesn't work! I keep getting AppleScript errors when I select (the correct) files! Don't bother downloading try VCD Builder instead
