Anyone else facing the same problem?

Lion has removed Rosetta, the compatibility layer that let you run PPC apps.
So, you can't run this on Lion, unless you dredge up a Snow Leopard disc and try installing Rosetta.
I was really looking for an exporter to a spreadsheet (eg Excel) but this did the trick. I copied the text file into Word, converted to a table, and took the file into Excel. Easy!!

Your CSV file may need to be formated properly in order to get it to import properly into Outlook on a P.C.
