Collection of AppleScript games. Free
Thirteen AppleScript games (yes, games made with AppleScript!) are included in this archive: Blackjack, Echo, War, Guess the Number, Rock-Paper-AppleScript, Tic-Tac-Toe, Hangman, Scrambler, Matcher, Pico-Fermi-Bagels, Poker, Crazy Eights, and Eight Ball. Most of these games are single player, while some are no-player (Mac plays only) and some are two-player. Games are available as both Classic and OS X versions as separate downloads. Read the included Read Me file for more info.
What's New
Version 1.6 brings 2 new games to the OS X package: Fourmation (like Connect Four) and Find the Cheese (a mind-numbing maze game).
Please note that at this point, we are essentially discontinuing further Classic development for these games, so these new games will not become available for OS 8 & 9.
Requirements
PPC, Mac OS X 10.0 or later, AppleScript, Standard Additions or Display Dialog scripting addition, For Echo, you must have MacInTalk TTS installed as well as the Standard Additions or Say scripting addition (included with various versions of AppleScript).
