It was NOT our intention to bad mouth this company, it's product, nor it's efforts. We posted our comments about the problem we were having, hoping those of you who got the program working, would write to us, telling us what WE were doing wrong.
We hope that all of you reading this will try SQUIDCAM, as it is the best one available!

On each message, I told the support phone recording machine, the information above and that I was going to be here for only 5 days and now I leave tomorrow morning (Sunday) without a single reply from anyone. I called each time eaxctly in the middle of the day (for them), but could not find a human to assist me to save my life.
Thank God for iChatAV. We turned it on and it ran with no problems whatsoever. At least I am leaving with some form of video conferencing working. I sure wish I could get a refund on SquidCam as it has never worked yet. I have PC and MAC versions (yes I paid the extra $$ amount to get both and nothing on either. We followed every one of their :suggestions" to get things working, listed on their site. Nothing.
Oh, I get my own camera shot perfectly, but I know how great I look I wanted everyone else to know too.
If there's a line forming to get a refund, could someone save me a place?
jw (very unhappy squid)
In this case, we have called the customer three times and (as of this morning) sent three support messages. Originally we were contacted on the MLK holiday (office closed), a second voicemail we received was from the following day, which is when we attempted contact. Unfortunately, it still looks like we're getting nowhere. I'm sorry Joseph hasn't received any of our replies and I'm glad he was able to find a solution. However, there's only so much we can do to contact a customer short of driving to Arizona and knocking on the door. Not trying to sound callous btw.

the best part, their customer service is absolutely unlike any you will find in today's companies- squidam has real live good folks who return emails prompt ly and are ready to aid in any way they can.
beats the pants off videolink (for OS9 only), and a windows version is sceduled to arrive this winter.
