The following scanners are supported:

DuoScan
DuoScan F40 (firewire)
DuoScan HiD
DuoScan T1200
DuoScan T2500
These scanners have limited functionality on Mac OS X and are therefor not officially supported. More info can be found in the last

I have Arcus II connected on Adaptec SCSI card 2930CU. My machine is Quicksilver (733MHz). On OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) FotoLook doesen't see my scanner. In system profiler it is only card but no scanner visible.

Mac OS X 10.3 and later does not support the scanners with SCSI ports:
Arcus, Arcus+, Arcus II, Arcus 1200, DuoScan, DuoScan HiD, DuoScan T1200, DuoScan T2000 XL, DuoScan T2500, Horizon, Horizon Ultra, StudioScan, StudioScan II, StudioScan IIsi, StudioStar.
