What's New
Version 0.85: Recompiled using Xcode under 10.3 (Panther). New Dock Icon.
For those on a budget, this can be a useful app for managing desktop space. Be aware that, as a previous reviewer noted, it merely hides apps. Also, I have noticed a bug that causes it to interfere with mounted cd-roms, especially when used in conjunction with disktool and cdrecord.

Naming spaces, is great. Free is great. Key-command cycling sometimes brings current window along to next 'space'; would like to see the ability to have multiple app windows on each 'space' - that is have a browser window "A" in 'space 1'; browswer window "B" in 'space 2'. Overall this is a handy little app - and is great for a freebie alternative to Virtual Desktop (but I haven't tried that app yet). Thank you from the poor people : )
You can double-click on the number and type any name you want. This is such a simple method that I change the names as I switch projects.
I also enjoy that you can optionally make the last button "sticky" and anything visible while that button is active remains active while in the other buttons.
I enjoy the simplicity of this application. Basically it uses the built in "hide" command by hiding and showing applications as you switch buttons.

It's OK but a little more roundabout to use than ParaDocks, which is much better as it shows you the app's icons in it's squares. It's a problem if you can't remember which app corresponds to which number in the pane. Like I said, ParaDocks is much better.
