Created icons can be saved to disk as a custom icon file, folder with a custom icon, icon resource file, or alternatively directly to clipboard, so you can paste them anywhere you need. Image Library lets you keep pictures you frequently use, such as transparency masks, in one place so you can access them quickly anytime you need. Iconeer also includes Iconeezer, the batch icon builder tool, to quickly generate large number of icons from picture files with a single click. If you need to retrieve pictures from existing icons, icon import functions will help you to convert icon resources back to pictures. Fail.
Sorry, I'd love to support new icon developers, but please, cut out the nonsense. Remove the activation altogether, or at the very least remove it from the trial version.
