I have to agree completely with all the comments about the customer support - it really is outstanding, thanks.

However the interface is looking dated now. I've used it for last 3 years & it fallen behind other apps that have come onto the market. Apples iSync & Address Book offers most of the features found in GSM Remote.

The thing I'd most like to see changed is the handling of multiple telphone numbers for one contact. For instance my Sony Ericsson W900i has my brothers home, mobile & work telephone number under just his contact name (Bob).Unfortunately GSM Remote shows it as 3 different contacts - bobs/h, bobs/m & bobs/w which sorts of defeats the object of storing all the numbers under one contact to begin with.

This is still a very useful little app, but as times goes by it's getting overshadowed by the new comers.

It would be a great shame if this continued, as it's a fine app with a brilliant developer & was streets ahead of the competition a few years ago.

Please please please give it a revamp.

Use it with Panther 10.3.3 & Nokia 6310i and it does all it's supposed to do - and I got fantastic and fast email support from author for a small set up problem well worth the $10
