There are multiple years of alumni involved with over 600 people to keep track of. There was no way I was going to manage this without some software assistance.
Reunite is incredibly powerful and also easy to use.
I asked the developer if the program could be used on a laptop as well as our iMac at home. He suggested we check out Dropbox to keep things 'In Sync'.
Works great! (as long as we don't have the program open on both computers at the same time)
Now, we will be able to take the MacBook Air to the event to help with the check in, and also add current alumni photos in addition to the old yearbook photos. All on the spot!
For $59, you can't beat it.

I've used it for planning my high school reunions for the last 3 years. Couldn't do without it. Especially like the printed memory book feature with old and new photos.
Great value considering how much time I wasted before using Reunite.
