Implemented the Equilibrium tool and reworked its interface.
Implemented a "Tools" menu for easier access to program features.
Implemented Recent Items functionality in one or two combo boxes.
Fixed a bug in the Heat Energy Transferred tool.
Fixed a reordering bug in several table views that support drag-and-drop.
Removed extraneous property lists from when ChemBuddy had multiple targets.
Modified some pop-up button code.
Modified the way that the "welcome" description is stored.
Removed extraneous CBChemTool methods (in subclasses, as well).
Migrated from plug-in-based architecture to a single-target architecture.
Fixed a bug with the display of a tool's name in the main window's title bar.
Reworked part of the tool-loading code.
Removed an extraneous window accessor from the AppDelegate file.
Reworked some AMTableView code (in the Shared Source distribution).

Andrew is doing some great work in bringing ChemBuddy upto a feature complete status. As a Chemist and former student this little tool is a great value!

Missing a bunch of stuff, but then again, this IS an alpha release...... i cant wait until this is fully featured, as it will help me to no end!

Very solid program. I do imagine the average HS student could use it without trouble.

good program. but it has been made with XCode... so 10.2 users can't read the .pbproj
:(
