Mr Mail2Entourage allows you to import your email messages and address book from Apple's Mail.app into the Microsoft Entourage email client.
What's New
Version 0.9.4: Major update. Mailboxes are converted faster. The window can behave like normal or stay floating on top of other running apps, which is useful for those with smaller displays. After all it requires both Mail and Entourage to be open. Application can now be quit by pressing ?+Q. Several fixes, now accepts mailboxes with multiple punctuations (thanks Versiontracker feedback!). And finally, a new icon.
Requirements
PPC, MacOS X 10.0 or later, Apples Mail.app, Microsoft Entourage.

It worked very well for the mail boxes- a bit tedious since we have a lot, but then this is a one-off procedure, so that's ok. We had to move the inbox, sent items and trash into new mail boxes, and then it worked fine for these as well.
Converting each contact individually was also going to be very tedious. But it didn't work. It just hung, saying "Processing ..." until we gave up.
Then I found a smart little application called Sync Entourage-Address Book by Paul Berkowitz and used that instead. Also recommended!

a bit tedious but it works as advertised and creates Entourage-friendly folders from Mail .mbox files. the tedious procedure is thus:
a) drag .mbox file into program window.
b) click to convert.
c) drag converted item into Entourage mail folder list to have it imported.
only utility i've found that converts .mbox files reliably. could be more streamlined though.

The explanation provided is kinda incomplete. the what do you mean "mailboxes" is it account settings, just emails, address book?
you probably have to "import malbox in mail.app after selecting MyMAC, then go user>lybraries>Mail>mailboxes >accname
which at the end vreates or duplicates set of folders under my mac>imported> you move those folders in Entourage under My Computer(theres no my Mac in Entourage by the way) and voila you have a folder in there with all the deleted and sent emails......so where's the addressbook integration etc???
