Pity, I used this app many times daily.
I now rely on Alfred which works great, if you remember each applications name.

But now with Lion 10.7.4 DockFun definitely doesn't work anymore at all: it crashes immediately, the small icon on the menu bar doesn't appear anymore (and trying forcing it through the preferences causes the app to crash), the DockPit itself doesn't open anymore. So, with 10.7.4 this app is definitely dead.
Pity.

getting rid of all the alias' on my desktop and gain some real estate.
I recommend getting this Application utility over many other utilities, as this is high quality, the developers are always hard at work and this is just a plain useful utility for home users to professional. Great enhancement to my everyday usage. It takes a little while to get used to it, but it is DockFun!

Dockfun! has no control over showing you what you open and leave open. That's just how OS X works. It opens it up and places it on the far right side, with a black triangle undeneath, to remind you "Hey! You left me open, dude!".
When you close it, it goes away. That's how these things work on OS X. You didn't know?

I got the same message from Little Snitch. What's your point?
I checked with Spotlight, and I launched the Activity Monitor. I could not find "DockInsteminator" by name or by PID#. Even the Dock PID# doesn't match the alert. All I can find in "All Processes" is:
242 DockFun!
173 Dock
Googling DockInseminator found me nothing except your comment here. In other words, I can not find any other reference to this app online. Do you know something we don't?
How about some specifics. What does this have to do with DockFun! ??

My point is that I was hoping someone more knowledgeable that could elucidate a little on this issue or that the developer might react. There have been complaints in connection with other products by this developer about lack of response.
I don't know how serious this issue is, but if nothing else the posting could be a warning to others, before they purchase

I still don't see the connection between DockFun! and DockSeminator. I can't find it anywhere on my hard drive.
Have you gotten in touch with OBdev ?? If their product is issuing the warning, they had better know something more about it.

It would probably be best to keep an eye on the issue under the Little Snitch heading as I think there will be more of a response there. I haven't posted directly to the Little Snitch developer yet as I am as of now still using Little Snitch on a trial basis, but that could end up being the thing to do if there are no other responses on MacUpdate.

on my side, i never experienced troubles or delays when it was to contact mr john: quick replies, good efficiency, good support. the two stars and the previous comment in this page looks to me excessively negative, too much excessive.
