If you check the Macally website, you'll find that there is no compatibility between this keyboard and any Intel based Macintosh. In fact the OS will crash as soon as one of the special keys is pressed. From their website, Macally has no intention of upgrading a driver for the intel mac.

Use the "More Information" link & download from their site, not from MacUpdate. The MacUpdate download link is pointed to a self extracting archive that is built to open in classic. Annoying.

Works great with Jaguar (OSX 10.2). No problems installing or using. I was quite pleased with it considering the negative reviews it got over at VT... maybe those folks have a goofy system.
