Strata
Strata Design 3D is a package that allows you to create 3D objects and environments, render them with Strata's famous Raytracing rendering engine, and output wonderfully rich and imaginative images for print or the web.
You can create all kinds of objects including buildings, characters, environments and whole worlds in three dimensions. Tons of behaviors have been changed for no discernible reason.
For example, new items get stuck to the ground plane unless a newly checked box is unchecked. Field of view moves in the OPPOSITE direction it used to, etc.
Tech guy tried to humiliate me for asking about changes to the program behavior.
It is a shame because I USED to like these guys...

Compatability problems encountered in Tiger. Strata has ALWAYS had som e key problems in basic UI programming, but this takes the p*ss...
In order to make a window "active" (like switching between modelling windows and camera windows), I have to first klick on a window from another application, then back into the Strata window I want to use. Otherwise the buttons a ghosted and won't react to being clicked.
Will they fix this or force us Tiger users to update to to CX?
