* Myriad of features.
* Keyboard shortcuts
Cons:
* Horrible UI and design
* Price is not worth $25
Slacker is indeed a feature filled to-do list, but lacking the polish of siblings like CheckOff and BurnOut. PLus with a price liek that you are better of sticking to a lesser priced app with features you will use more often.
If you want all these features, get them and many more ina refined, well thought out, established piece of software liek Entourage.
If you don't need all these features and want sokmething with a great interface and looks liek it bewlong on OS X, the take a look at Check Off, BurnOut or the beta of Overview.
Just want to respond to a couple of things.
re: Horrible UI and Lack of polish.
Don't just a book by it's cover, eh. Try Slacker and see if it's the right todo list for you.
re: "looks liek it bewlong on OS X"
That's a strange comment. Slacker uses Apple's Cocoa frameworks and the latest Apple dev tools- which gives it that 100% native to OS X look & feel. Slacker belongs on OS X, and nowhere else.

You can have it launch as you boot and it takes the place of stickies. If you like stickies you can export your lists as stickies. Comes with a nice drawer for notes/details and has a great calendar. Also graphically (and with text) reminds you of due dates! Nice app. Easy. Worth the $15 for me.
