APC Tracker is a Cocoa application for UPS devices in a network that powers specifically off Mac OS X and Xserve. It investigates the status of the UPS and will properly shut down the client computer once power gets interrupted. It can also send email status notification and perform other custom actions through user customizable shell scripts.
The revised design enables face-less operation in server configurations, which is essential for the secure deployment of Apple?s Xserve?s, as well as the additional range of Mac Servers.

PPC / Intel, Mac OS X 10.2 or later, APC UPS with USB support or an APC UPS with an APC Network Management Card built-in (SNMP Mode).

If you already have a UPS with a network mgmt. card installed, why would you pay for this when you can use the cards included Network Shutdown application...free.

Ok Which is it $49 or $129Euro?
Website lists single user for 129Euros.
and this product looks like its only for OS X servers running USB or Networked APC UPS.
Not that I wouldn't mind it, but the APC Netserver is a PITA and needs its own PC to run...so...I could be wrong ;)
