Symantec is now using Stuffit X compression; you need to get Stuffit Expander 7.03 to open the archive. Once you do that it works normally. However SE 7x works only with 8.6 or above so if you are using NAV 7 with OS 8.5.1 or lower you are out of luck since Live Update is still out of service.

This file doesn't work on my iMac OS 9.2.2. When it decompresses it has an installer for OS X . Live update is not working normally for me either.
