This application does not work. For example: Setting preferences from metric to English is near impossible. Entering data yields a "not valid" warning. Then I had to use "force quit" to get out of this application.
OK, that information certainly helps.Selected the English Measurement System.Entered my Weight. However, what numbers do i use to set my Height of 5 feet 8 inches ? When i enter 68 there is a notice to please enter a valid value.Perhaps you could include a BMI Calculator Help file in the application to guide the user how to use your application.
Sorry you have to put in the number of inches only. And you're right i should.
Well, I discovered that you actually have to enter the height number in inches plus a period ( 68. ) to make your application calculate the BMI.
Your BMI version 2 does not seem to calculate BMI correctly. The calculation does not come close to any "on line" calculators i use e.g. http://caloriecount.about.com/tools
