Actually, due to the fact that you have to copy the url into the app it's quite a few more than one click. In which case, forget wasting three dollars on a get-rich-quick scheme and use keepvid.com

Also: I took a look at the developers website and there's nothing too wonderful. Just a bunch of lame one-trick-ponies - nothing new and exciting - all for a few dollars each.
