"sorry... But Apple has some restrictions on its AppStore... All existing apps that do not support the Lion Sandboxing system may be sold until march 2012 in the AppStore. Then they will be deleted by Apple.
All existing apps that recieve updates by the developers must support this mechanism today. And we made an update, so it is not possible to go back... Sorry...
But we can recommend you the Lion upgrade! It's really great! There is so much more in it and under the hood that isn't described to the public!

The Minimum System Version is set to "10.7".
If you can download the program try changing the plist file inside the application with Xcode. Changing Minimum System Version into 10.6 instead of 10.7.
