Basically you have to drag-and-drop it into your Applications folder. Then start it once to set your preferences (Langue > Anglais)
Then right click on the avi file of an episode and "Trouver des sous-titres", the app will start and find a subtitle.
Sorry again for the French, I'll rewrite the App to get the English/German/Italian languages ASAP
