10.7 may be right (who uses that?), but it crashes immediately on 10.7.2. Visibilty Toggler (from lightyears ago) still works and is free as well. Had to give it half a star for everything but it does not deserve that.

You "had to give it half a star"? Why? There's a troubleshooting tab for when an app crashes and you need help. Now that the developer has fixed the problem, your half-star still stands because you don't know how to use these threads correctly.

I need help? The non-tested, half-written application needs help... An application that digs into ones system (though not deep) should work. 'Free' doesn't free you from responsibility. Dev. do never ever stand in what kind of elevator in future together with Steve, you won't survive.

@Hanspoot:

Thank you for your interest in Zevrix products, as well as your comment.

However, you're incorrect in your assumptions. Visibility, just like any other Zevrix product, is a well tested and well written application. Software bugs, however, do occur in any software title, especially new versions. It's an inevitable part of production process. If you really "have been selling Apple computers since 1987", you'd know that Apple had its share of serious software issues. For example, a Mac OS update could wipe out entire FireWire drives of unsuspecting users.

Unfortunately, by posting a complaint on MacUpdate you won't solve any issues (developers don't get notifications on this). Another user sent me an email regarding the bug, and it was fixed within a few minutes. Zevrix is well known for its outstanding attention to users' feedback, whether it's a bug report or request for new features.

If you need any additional info on Zevrix products or development policies, or have any question or feedback, please feel free to contact me here:

Sincerely,

Leo Revzin
