Soundcloud Downloader will allow you to download any audio file from soundcloud.com. Enter the song URL and the download will start. You can even download whole pages of songs. You can download 5 songs simultaneously. All songs will be downloaded to your desktop or to the folder of your choice. You can as well automatically add it to iTunes.

Though it sometimes crashes/stalls, it clearly useful tool to download at soundcloud. But the bugs needs a fix asap.

I also am having trouble with this, and I already see that others have and that you are fixing it. However, I am a new user, so I do not know a lot about this site. How will I know when you update this? Do I just come and check everyday?

Well, you could come and check this site for an update every day.
The easier way would be to let scd check for updates itself. Most likely, you have the problem that scd won't even launch so this isn't an option.
The last option would be to write a quick mail to me (support@black-burn.ch) and ask me to send a mail on each update. I promise, I won't bite your arm off if you do ask :)

I'm having serious problems too, I was using it normally and today it askd to make the update, as usual, I updated it and tried to make a download, right after it started, it crashed and didn't came back to normal. The program was awesome, I can't complain about it, just want to fix this problem to get back to my usual downloads :)

as soon as i open the app. it is immediately followed by a crash report, what should i do? it worked for a little while but now is broken

I am running 10.7.1 and Soundcloud launches and crashes immediately.

If you would maybe kind enough to send me the crash log? You can use the contact form on my site.

If you rate an application with 1/2 of a star, write what I should have done to satisfy YOU. Also, as the application only crashes on your mac, you can't rate the application like that.

@BirdiCode: I already submitted the crash log at your site. I did that yesterday. I hope you find it.

As for the half-star rating, I should have rated it 0 stars because it crashes immediately. I am not the only one to experience this. I will be glad to evaluate it when it runs properly.

Love that u released native app version of your Chrome Extension. Thank you so much! Just need some more features and it'll be perfect.

Ideas:
•View Favorites - Make it so I can log into the App with my SoundCloud account and see a list of all my Favorites and just click on them to download them, in addition to downloading form any SoundCloud URL.
•Automatic Favorites Download - This would be an awesome feature, sort of like how Podcast RSS Feeds work, except for SOundCLoud Favorites. Every time I favorite a new Track the app will automatically download it.
•iTunes Integration - Make it so we have the option to have the songs automatically added to our iTunes Library, or a folder of our choosing. And with the metadata if you could. I input the metadata as, Artist obviously being The Users name. Album name as SoundCloud, and in the comments field I add the SoundCloud URL to it on SoundCloud. So have that, in addition to the description of the tracks as well.

Get all those and this App will basically be perfect.
