Lucien is a little app with a single purpose: it lets you open, show or hide your Library folder on OS X 10.7 .

In OS X 10.7 the Library folder is invisible, which is where Lucien comes in: Lucien can open it simply and quickly, or toggle invisibility

How it Works:
Click Open to open folder, Show it or Hide it to make Library folder visible or invisible.

"CUI?" WTF is CUI? do you mean "CLI" perhaps?

As for the American, if the hoot is not poured by using a seedy slang word "WTF", is not the intention expressible?
Therefore, it is said that the American is ribaldry.

Completely useless when you can do it from the Finder and Go menu.

I copied it to Applications. Launch it. It sits in the Dock and says Application Not Responding. I can't even use it.
