Cut Paste Files provides a cut and paste function which is missing from finder. You can customize hot keys, choose to show notification or choose highlight label color when cut in preferences.
When Cut: Cut Paste Files will remembers the location of the files and highlight label of that files
When Paste: Cut Paste Files moves the files from their original locations to the new one and then check if all your files be copied then remove the files in original location
If you cut a file and forget to paste it, your files still there nothing change.
