I had some early problems, but support fixed everything well.

A mess. So why should i trust the application? Forget it!

I still consider the installation, Serial Number, etc., a mess. The code number is a horribly long mess, and they did not even include one that worked. They had to send another privately.
But the Application is alright, once it works and if you need it, which I do not.

I wonder what other mess is going on with the rest of the product.

The problem was that they weren't good/careful enough to get the codes right.
BTW, how does none get the vertical ruler over to the left of the screen?
