Crystal Black for iTunes installs the Crystal Blacktheme for iTunes 10. To install, simply double-click the application and select "Install." You'll need to authenticate as the admin user to proceed.

Unexpected argument high-contrast-mode-enable; leaving defaults unchanged.
And leaves the playlist white.

This makes the playlist and sidebar backgrounds black.
This is an option for users of the full Crystal Black theme, but since the theme for iTunes isn't really software--just graphics--it's not part of the installer.
To reverse the black to the default colors, type:
defaults write com.apple.itunes read com.apple.itunes high-contrast-mode-enable -int 0
You can also achieve this by using a third-party customization utility such as Secrets.
