This looks interesting but no where on the developer's site nor the download nor here does it tell what it does in more detail than it 'tests your code'.

It allows you to test (execute) PHP Programming code in a simple window, instead of creating a script and executing "php scriptName.php" in terminal
There are currently no troubleshooting comments. If you are experiencing a problem with this app, please post a comment.
