Or you could use Activity monitor which is part of the Mac OS, can display the usage in the dock icon or an intrusive floating window, saves you .99c and yet another piece of unnecessary software draining system resources.
I support the right of developers to create whatever they like, but when they are trying to charge for duplication of a function that is standard as part of the OS, it's a little defeatist from the outset.
Spend time and energy creating utilities that are actually useful. You wasted your time on this one.
