Very under developed software. $0.99 is easy to suck people into buying this. I didn't mind to WASTE my $0.99 (cheaper than a cup of java).
1, I won't use it anymore since the print out is too small for the standard or slim DVD cases if I trim it down to the actual image. If I leave the white border without trimming it down, it's too big for the case (11" is too long for the DVD cases). It's much easier to create my own with Photoshop with the settings 10.71" X 7.165" in 200 dpi. It works within 1 hair line (give and take).
2, This is a 'PAID' software, the developer should NOT leave his/hers name (logo) at the far right bottom corner of the print out. That's bad practice. Have some respect to your customers.
If anyone wants a good piece of software to make your CD/DVD covers, go get the 'Covers' at:
http://www.pathossoftware.com/Covers/Covers.html You will be so happy with this donate ware. It has built in search for the CD/DVD cover photos and labels.
As I already said in other forums or site, I would really like people to contact me rather than write an open letter.
If you need changes in sunCase, please get in touch with us through the website. We can add new formats (it has always been a project) or maybe give you the opportunity to set the size you want through a feature update.
We spent a very long time designing sunCase to be simple, intuitive and to look amazing, but we add new features all the time. If you have a need, please tell us, and we'll integrate it within an update.
As for the built in search tool for example, just take a look at the sunCase 3.0 teaser on our YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/MolowaSoftware) to see how we integrate that. The search is done within sunCase, it's not just opening safari and typing the URL for you.
You can reach us through the contact form on the website, I assure you we'll get back to you very quickly.

That's my 2 cents!
