Excellent app!!

Check out the reviews on the AppStore... they are great!

Thanks for this fine app... other apps similar to this that I've used in the past have very discernible loop endings so that I find myself concentrating on the next beginning... thereby negating the very reason why I use such an app... to be undistracted. The transitions here are seamless!

As a painter (oil) I find that music can sometimes be a distraction or change my mood while working.

This little app is great for eliminating minor distractions in my surroundings while helping me meaintain one mood.

Again... thanks.

Pathetic when dev (or his brother) post his own review!

Don't know the developer... just like the app.

Get a life.

Noisy. Really don't see the use of this application. It's not a noise cancelling application, more a noise generator. Maybe it's of use to some, but I haven't discovered its value. Otherwise the software works and didn't encounter any crashes. "Good" value when free I guess.

If you work in a situation where there are distrating background sounds (e.g., people moving around, floors creaking, etc.) to distract your attention, turning on the noise generator creates a stable sound pattern that can mask the background sounds. With the stable sound pattern from the noise generator after a while the ear and the brain tune them out. So you wind up attending to the noise and not being distracted by the sounds in your working environment.

Like so many new apps, no demo. So, I went to the developer site, figuring I'd at least find audio samples. But no. I get a nearly blank page with nothing but the following:

Same thing as above. It won't stay open.

This app won't stay open for more than three seconds

Then there's a blank text box for me to write additional comments (I think).

And for this I should pay $2.99, sight unseen? Really?

What hath the App Store wrought?

@Apr 5, 2011 it's free albeit still a useless app unless you like "noise" played in the background

It's free... DUH!

My apologies... it may have cost when you posted.

After reading some of the other posts here "it's not noise canceling" (a NOISE generator is not supposed to be 'noise canceling.' Whew!! I guess I was too quick to react.

wts... to say that it is a useless app for it to do what it is supposed to do is like saying a car is useless because you don't know how to drive.

Who are these posters?!
