MacScale acts as a conduit between many popular shipping scales and your Mac. Weights are sent to your Mac as keystrokes, customizable AppleScripts, spoken text, copied to the clipboard, output to a file, or a combination of any of the aforementioned. The weight can also be automatically entered in to web pages in Safari. The demo is fully functioning, but imposes a 10 second delay. The original and new versions of the U2 are both supported. If you find your scale is not supported, we are usually able to add support within a few days - just drop us an email. Due to PPC being dropped

A new version is in the pipeline.

We will have support for the Dymo s100 and s250 shipping scales.
We will also add the ability to have the weight entered directly in to your favorite shipping web sites when using Safari. The weight will magically appear in the correct field on the web page, without any user interaction required!

Does exactly what it says. I signed up for the Stamps.com trial and was disappointed to find out their USB scale would seemingly only work with their own software. After a brief Google search, I found this which works perfectly. As soon as I plugged in my scale, the software discovered it and the weight of my object displayed immediately. The developer also sells a more expensive app for entering / printing shipping labels, but for me, this is all I need.
