Some might call this software ADWARE. Beware!
As for features, it does NOT convert the videos to other formats which will be playable on iPods etc.
I would look elsewhere for better solutions that are truly FREE.
They must have updated the terms page as it no longer is saying anything about 'adware' stuff.
