Why paying $10 for something that can be done i. e. via Hotmail for free? It takes less than a minute to open an email account with Hotmail, and if I use this email account then in conjunction with one of the many free VNC services I have truly anonymous emails and can even receive replies.
Why trusting someone with emails who gives no information whatsoever how these emails get processed? Who is Bit per Second? Which smtp server gets used? Where is it standing? Who is hosting it?
Bit Per Second "invented the SFX (self-extracting) archiving technology for Mac OS X" ? Really ?
Stuffit Deluxe creates Self Extracting Archives (SEA) since the classic MacOS and creates Self Extracting Archives for MacOS X. 7zX can create self extracting archives, too. Stuffit exist much longer than sArchiver and 7zX was probably also there before sArchiver. What is your definition of "invent" ?
Yes, they can be tracked down by IP but this is still not my right. There is still no EULA between Bit Per Second and the end user that includes this as a clause.
I'm not sure is it a good idea at all because it takes the exact purpose of the service from the user which is ment to be freedom.
A poll will be opened so not me or Bit Per Second but the users will decide.
Thank you for your question.
Since Yuriy thinks that @anonymous could cause himself and others problems and wants to reconsider this project, why not offer @anonymous for free at this point and charge for it only if it becomes a "keeper",i.e., if everything works out ok.
I'd hate to purchase @nonymous now only to see it discontinued.
Not everyone who uses this app will use it with unethical intent. Anonymous email DOES have legitimate and ethical uses.
@nonymous is not going to be discontinued. Just some anti-spam restrictions are going to be implemented.
I do also think that not only for abusing such service can be used.
I'm currently upgrading the whole system. You are going to be able to check out your sent messages etc.
Well, posting provocative, unpopular ideas/opinions on a website/forum that one's government (Big Brother) doesn't approve of......I guess that you DO trust your government to protect your freedom of thought and expression, no?
Hello timi,
Abusing is not what this app is ment to be used for.
Thanks for the tip, I'll keep it in mind for the next update.
It's just a pilot project. I'll implement some more features and we will se how far it can go.
Thanks again.
Yuriy: One can only wonder what an app that allows you to send email from a fake (sic) email address is meant to be used for if not "abusing." Judging from the clean, minimalist look of the screen shot, you obviously have talent. Might be better spent developing projects that don't inadvertently encourage spamming.
Coffeenow,
You are right just as Timi was. This app can do nothing more than problems.
Thank you for your good worlds to you both. I have to reconsider the whole idea.
Than you for your comment.

This application is nonsense and bordering scam.

We do not abuse or scam.
We provide service that's unique on the net.
Bit Per Second is the company invented the SFX (self-extracting) archiving technology for Mac OS X.
Search the internet for sArchiver.
cheers

Pro-Tip: Sending email from this will trace back to bitpersecond.com and likely land them on a blacklist. Your message will not get through.
Chances are this won't last.

Allowing others to send email from your domain/host is never a good idea though. You are putting your name on the line for other people's enjoyment.
