Hi, I'm not a computer techie AT ALL, but have had my Macbook for a few years. I downloaded aviansafari and found it delightful, but I do have some major issues with it. I'm hoping someone can help me.
1. It causes my fan (CPUs??) to run nearly constantly, along with causing the spinning beachball each time the timeline is refreshed. Every refresh takes about 30 seconds during which I can't access anything else on my computer.
2. I'd love to see a "disable" feature somewhere on this plug in for the above reasons. The ability to see my tweets is great and I don't have a problem with the main idea, but because of the constant stalls, I can't do anything else with Safari.
3. I tried, as a last resort to uninstall this plug in, but cannot find where it's stored on my computer. Should be under one of my libraries under "internet plugins", but it's nowhere to be found (even with spotlight or finder) If I can't find the little bugger, I can't uninstall it.
I don't wish to look a (free!) gift horse in the mouth, nor give the developer a headache, but please, if someone can help me figure this out, I'd surely appreciate it!
