Nice idea but in real everyday use the Launcher can try one's patience because it can be very, very slow. Also, app icons in Launcher feature are huge and cannot be resized as they can in the Switcher feature. Active apps that show using the cmd-tab can be determined whether to be visible or not. Great application, very fast and lightweight yet configurable application switcher/launcher/window switcher.
It replaces 3 utilities I was using before with one!
A really great job from the author of Keyboard Maestro (which I also use).
