Once again Plex is *free!* and has a much better feel easier setup. If you use one of the AppleTV themes for Plex it will even work mostly like appletv.

I purchased the product from MacUpdate and I saw that it was possible to download from the site of MacUpdate.
Now with the updates I do not know exactly what to do.
From the site of Mirow I can not download because they do not even know who I am . . . . .
From the program I do not understand how to do and does not seem possible.
I download from MacUpdate still version 1.0 and not the next (1.0.4).
There seems to be the way to be organized?
Can someone explained how to update Mirow?
I say this because all other software purchased by MacUpdate are all OK!
Not this!

Once you do that, you'll have a download list and can get the update. Then it's just a matter of (re)installing.. that should be it.

From the site of MiRow . . .
No replay, nothing more after my ticket after the Support Request.
I'm using version 1.0 from 4 months whit some problems and now they are at the 1.0.4!
An example of an organization?

The serial number you received from MacUpdate is actually a redemption code you can use to 'purchase' MiRow at no cost. This will add MiRow to your firecore.com account - allowing you to access all future updates.

I downloaded MiRow 1.0.4 from firecore.com.

This is a great app with a ton of potential - and something that is definitely worth the price of admission.

The big plus with this software is it can stream a movie even from a USB drive, it offers IMDB coverflow so you get a professional cover of the movie and description.
It will display the weather, you can surf, it plays your itunes wonderfully, Netflix they say is on the way. I even figured out how to get Canadian weather on there, its a manual plug in of the code but it works and maybe someday they will build more searching.
You pretty much need the ipod/iphone app HD remote to get great functionality. While still in the early versions of the software, I'd have to say the app does offer a lot of benefits for viewing your digital media on your TV set. Its a bit of a learning curve right now, but compared to expensive cable or satellite, I think this is the way to go. Its clean and polished and the web is offering a lot of services and ways to view media, breathing new life into your mac mini or apple machine.
So for me, looking for an all in one application, this fits the bill.
Sure there are a few loose ends and a learning curve, but its pretty polished for a 1.X app and I hope they continue to make this even better. A few movies I need to rename to get the covers to show. I tried out other apps that were more restricted with formats, or simply needed a newer machine. Blown away when I saw the Oscar icons and the movies nicely sorted by genre. I'm glad I took the plunge and have moved my digital stuff to viewing regularly on TV.
