Why does this app send out netbios packets when it is launched??

This is most probably due to the auto-update mechanism. Also, in some occasions if you have any connected Windows network share the app may try to test connectivity when it loads; this is standard behaviour.

As a tester of this new app,i have to say that it doesn't contain many items to clean as i supposed,but it's very useful because you can actually choose the file(or path) if you are aware of what you want to clean.
Please consider to add other functions such as supporting cleaning logs etc.,it's quite useful and for me it's sensitive,and also,more built-in rules for common apps would be appreciated.

Please contact me at featurerequest@irradiated.net with more details on specific logs and things you would like cleaned, and I'll take a look.

Also check out the help for a guide on how to add more rules to the Recent Items cleaner. I encourage you to submit those to me and I'll consider adding them to the default set of rules. I'm planning a much simpler method for adding rules in an upcoming update.

As promised, a much simpler method was added in version 1.1 to create Recent Items rules. There are also a good bunch of new rules for the Recent Items and Files cleaners, check it out!
