myTumblr is a cute Tumblr client for Mac OS X and the sexiest way to blog without browser.
And the Mac way.
We all love Tumblr for its simplicity. And we all use a Mac because of its simplicity and because it does things as expected. Well - that's why you will love myTumblr, too.
Just open it and start to blog. Drag a photo from your Desktop, iPhoto or Safari - crop, enhance it or even add annotations and just upload and post it with one single click.

Please note that this is a major update for the upcoming Mac OS Lion and thus not yet localized. Some added features are Mac OS 10.7 only and some of the new features 10.7 has to offer are not available because there simply is no documentation provided by Apple yet.
Please also note that I had to drop the simplified Dashboard because it is not supported under 10.7. As soon as I've added support for 10.7 to all my over 30 Apps - I will roll out a new myTumblr version with an all new sophisticated custom Dashboard and in-app-editing and reblogging :-)
Of course myTumblr 1.7.7 with support for 10.5.8 is still available for download on the MOApp website.

To the developper : Your software is for the moment the best i have tested !
Simple and elegant.
I have a request about missing feature that should help many Tumblr users :
in "Upload a Photo" the "+ add another photo" is very helpfull to create a batch of multiple photo set.
What should be perfect should be to allow the drag and drop of multiple files or folder(s) in the photo drop zone...

I'm no coder, but I'm sure there ARE things that make it Intel/SL-only.
Or else it wouldn't have been Intel/SL-only, the guy's a pro. I'm sure he knows much more than us, and maybe he could explain it better than me.

Couldn't you imagine that there is a reason why it is not for an OS version or a just Intel or only for people standing on one hand holding an iPad with the left foot - or whatever?
So - there is a reason(!) why it is Intel only :-)
Is it impossible to understand that - if there were no reason - of course it would not have that requirements?
- otherwise we would still work with 9.2 or 6.0 or sending postcards
Sorry - but there had been a little voice in my ear, that told me to just write that - don't take it to serious :-)
