Umsatz ist das beste deutsche Programm für Selbständige und ich hatte auch noch nie Probleme mit dem Support - im Gegenteil. Die haven mir innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet, als ich auf Grund eines Problemes meine überfällige Voranmeldung nicht erstellen konnte und nur Stunden später haben sie mir eine Testversion zugeschickt, damit ich weiter arbeiten konnte und am nächsten Tag war die Aktualiserung für alle draußen.
Probiert das mal bei Adobe.

I also saw your Saldomat Review (Ich habe auch den Kommentar zu Saldomat gelesen).
I know it as a very stable App, you may want to contact them and hopefully your problems can be fixed (Ich kenne Saldomat als sehr stabil, vielleicht mal den Support kontaktieren, admit die Probleme hoffentlich gelöst werden).

Personal note: The developer didn't show honest interest in solving the problem. He kept it very brief and in a "neutral" tone, I can now understand why some users might have let's call it difficulties communicating with Michael Göbel, though I didn't.

You can already use it in Austria as well. All you have to do is to use your own 'Kontenrahmen' - there is a tool integrated that helps to create one in minutes and you may need to 'adjust' the taxes in the Preferences. That's all.
I have a lot of customers from Austria :-)

Apparently he thinks everyone understands perfectly the German (the app is only in German) in his app.

In my first mail I simply asked for a demo file to make starting a faster experience. As is with most of these type of programs.
In your 1st answer first you tell me that demo files are useless and then started shouting the main part of the message (like you are doing here). I have no problem posting all of the mail messages and posting a link here if that is what you want.
Apparently you cannot stand it if people have different needs some like to be taken by the hand others like to have a demo file they can start with.
Most developers try to please both you get mad at people that differ from you.

Bisher habe ich meine Buchhaltung in einem aus der Windows-Welt portierte Programm gemacht und meine liebe Not damit gehabt: Mal ganz abgesehen davon, dass die Optik grauenhaft war, haben sich mir auch die wenigsten Funktionen intuitiv erschlossen. Ganz anders Umsatz: Mac-like, intuitiv und ohne den ganzen Funktionsballast, den ich als kleiner Selbstständiger eh nie brauche. Voranmeldungen, Einnahme-Ausgabe-Rechnung - es macht fast Spaß, das alles mit Umsatz zu erledigen. Aber nur fast ... den rest erledigt der Steuerberater, der mit den aus Umsatz exportierten Daten auch prima zurecht kommt.
