Some problems:
I cannot set the hotkeys in the preference. I've tried every thinkable combination of keys, but it only shows an empty "alert" window, and the keys are not saved.
While entering a Japanese text in Remember, it listens too aggressively to the "Enter key down" event. The Enter (return) key is used by the Japanese input frontend to accept a conversion of the typed phonetic characters to the proper display characters. So pressing Enter key should only insert the composed phrase into the text field and allow further composition while the user is typing in Japanese.
I hope you can update Remember so that Enter key presses are accepted (either to finish naming the task or to create a new task) only when a Japanese phrase is not currently being composed, as otherwise it is rather frustrating.
I'm not a programmer so maybe I'm being off the point, but it seems like you should not be listening to the key down event but to the actual carriage-return characters to be inserted into the text field.
Cheers,
Mac OS 10.7.3

You can have it stay in the menu only (or dock as well) and map hotkeys to "show/hide" AND to make a new reminder. The automatic 'date recognition' worked fine the first two times I've used it. Though, I wish it deleted the 'date' and not just the modifier: I wrote "update xxxx by Monday" and it sets an alarm? maybe of some sort I guess (haven't played with changing that) and leaves the Task title as "update xxxx Monday", so it just deletes the 'modifier word' or whatever you like to call it, and puts a # of days countdown timer across from the title (so from today it says [4]).
Still 5/5 overall!
(I'm on 10.6 90% of the time so I can't comment the bug JBX mentions below.

Would like to be able to change the font color & size for folders, or maybe just have them bolded.

Please support iCal sync and dragging todo's between folders in the future! - That'll make it a 5 star app.

Things is great for larger stuff, but at times it can be a little much for super-quick, on-the-fly kind of stuff of which I don't need a record, or syncing to my iPhone. That's where Remember comes into play.
The one phrase that keeps repeating in my head is intuitively fast. Perfecto!
I will rate it once I use it for longer. Ciao for now.

It happens when there are many applications open and the app window has to be resized in Expose. It will result in an invisible window in Expose that belongs to Remember

The very first build had some activation stuff still in it. This has been removed in the latest version. Sorry for this; Remember is indeed free.

Maybe it's a bug and the developer can fix it. Alas, I tried to mail (several times, different email accounts) the developer to info@lightheadsw.co, but the message could not be delivered due to spam issues.
