It will not scale. I can say that because having input 5 tasks, I already feel ambivalent as to what to do, and what's most important. Imagine having input several hundred tasks into thirty projects or so... I get stressed just thinking about the mayhem that would visually be presented to me.
The ideal to-do manager would be an app that helps you cut down on all the mess and competiting tasks.

There is no help of any sort available.
e.g. The application comes with a few sample notes that have some formatting and icons;
but I cannot find anyway to format text or add icons. That is important.
How about selecting a font ? font size ? colors? etc. etc.

However, there is little about this to suggest that one should pay $15 for it.
I would price it at ½ of that - $7.50 feels precisely correct.
Have you noticed what iPhone Apps cost ? A lot less than that.
