Does the search result in an error message being displayed or it doesn't do anything (after you press Enter a spinner progress bar will appear on the search field) ? Also, to help us fix the issues you could send us the output from Terminal (right-click the Icon Junkie.app, select "Show Package Contents", navigate to Contents/MacOS, double-click the Icon Junkie binary - at this point the Terminal should open as well as iJ).

Nice but I wish I could expand the window to display more than 6 results at a time. Paging through results is a bit slow. A good first release.

After downloading, it just won't work at all. Type in the Search and nothing comes up. I've used the terms Home, Finder, Trash, none of which works.
