While it's nice to have a Mac version of this tool, $149 seems a little steep. Especially since this one doesn't have some of the more advanced features of the free kcachegrind, like graphing and memory profiling. Still, it does the basics pretty well -- breaking down the execution time of all your function calls. And it has an outline view, which kcachegrind doesn't have.

If you want to use kcachegrind on the Mac, you can install it with Fink. You'll need graphviz as well, for the graphing features.
