What's New
Version 1.9.2:
Mac: Added logging of calls and SMS going through the Google Voice
Mac: Fixed rare inability to import contacts form Apple Address Book
Ability to view system info and error log (Settings | About | System Information)
I bought the iPhone app after hearing some positive reviews from different websites but unfortunately is not even able to perform its principal feature: pushing messages to my phone (even though their web app does).
Other problems:
1. Non-native interface. I don't know what library they used to put this app together but it clearly was not written in Cocoa. This makes the interface experience not horrible but not great either.
2. Major CPU and RAM hog. My guess is this is largely a result of point 1.
3. Ugly menubar icon. Ok, probably not a big deal to most people, but the icon has literally no relation to the application. It's a square with a diagonal line through it.
4. Crashes whenever I try to access system options. Were I able to do this it might solve problem 3.
My guess is there are a lot of other bugs waiting to be found in this app but since I can't even access the most basic functionality I can't really say anything about those.
Just great. Does everything. There are similar apps, but they do bits and pieces of what this app does - this app does it all.
Easy to use, no crashes or other problems.
Thank you, developers. Keep up the good work!
This is great!
In a blink of an eye I can press Ctrl+C+C and send pictures, urls, text, etc to my iPhone. Calling a phone number is even better. I use script posted by by Michel : http://bit.ly/8XpcWw and now I can send phone numbers to my iPhone directly from my Address Book and it is automatically dialed. And whats even better is their support for vanity numbers like 1-800-my-apple. I have so many of them in my address book but it is a pain to figure out what exactly is the number when using iPhone dialing pad.
Love multi-platform and web support - can use it at my work and home.
Great productivity app.
Looking forward to future improvements.
