Another Mine is a minesweeper "clone" for Mac OS X written in Cocoa. I wrote it because I thought it would be simple enough to do and because I wanted to learn a bit about Objective-C and the Cocoa API, that and I did not like any of the (many) others out there.
Please send any comments you may have to anothermine -at- willshex.com. Note though that the application is under development and I will not be held liable for any damage it may cause.
What's New
Version 0.9.11: Release notes were unavailable when this listing was updated.
Haven't had a decent mine game on my computer since the G3 "Beige" desktop running OS 8.6.
I need something to keep my mind from going batty when on hold on the telephone, so that helps.
I also use FreeCell, but nice to have a change of pace.
Not sure if you've designed the game this way or it's just chance, but so far haven't run into any "dead ends" or squares that require guessing, so that has been really nice.
