Version 1.2.1 adds new extensions, hardware transform, clipping and lighting, better AGP texture management and improved performance.

Update: OpenGL 1.2.1
System: iMac Kihei 350 MHz PowerPC 750 G3 B&W 512MB ATIRage128 MacOS 9.1

Extremely satisfied. OneClick updating. Even updates ATI drivers. Noticible improvement: Diablo II LOD: can now run game at higher resolution (800X600 vs 640X480) which is a big deal to someone who loves the simplicity and reliability of Apple hardware but currently can't afford to upgrade. Nice to see the poor trailer trash legacy community hasn't been totally ignored. ;-)

It says it requires OS 9.1.2 or earlier for me on my G4 Cube on 9.2.1...

perhaps your cube need os9.1.2 not opengl

Well... I've tried installing it on my comp running 9.2.2 and I can't even get OpenGL to install. =/

I just got monkey island 4 but i cant play it becaus Open GL 1.2.1 wont install on my french universal system.
THIS SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

I need this to run 15% of my programs...
Every graphic program needs it!
It sure looks good though.

Installed on G3 B&W, Mac OS 9.0.4. No problem.
The installer also updated the ATI files (drivers).
Playing of QT movies in large size is better (with QT 5 PR 2) have not tried games yet.
ATI files are newer than the ones on Radeon updater.
