I am having problems downloading this software too. It will not load the delivery page. I go to my account on MacUpdate Desktop and it says I never purchased it even though I have a reciept from the company AND paypal. Don't buy anything from this company until you are sure they have their act together.

Navigate to http://www.jumsoft.com/delivery and enter you information in order to download the product. It helps to read the ENTIRE email before getting upset at the company.
