Just does not work. do not use it, if you did not buy it, silverfast or silverlightning is dead, nobody will ever support you, if you buy this piece of crap. $ 49,-- is a lot of money, if you do have, let us say $ 100,-- and three children. Neither it works nor there is any support. AFAIK this piece of crap belongs to M$. If you like to support M$ pay your $ 49,-- to those people that own your own Mac more than yourselfe. Else, find another way to look at those wonderful videos. This product is a piece of crap, with no support and it will die soon, believe me. do NOT PAY MONEY for it.

I've read through your reviews. It seems you have a lot of issues with apps that no one else does (e.g. Safari consuming 90% of your CPU, 1Password crashing/not working, Flip4Mac crashing/not working)... I suspect it's either an issue with your Mac or operator error.

There are currently no troubleshooting comments. If you are experiencing a problem with this app, please post a comment.
